Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 2 tbsp Old Bay
- 1 cup mayo

- Steam shrimp in 1/4 cup water and tbsp old bay for 3 min or until done
- Place shrimp in ice bath for 2 - 3 minutes to cool
- Cut shrimp into small to medium pieces
- Combine shrimp with all remaining ingredients
- Add more Old Bay to taste
