Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes

Dry White Wine

Bay Leaves
Salt and Pepper
to season the chicken

Olive Oil
to brown the chicken
Instructions
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste, then brown in a hot pan on both sides. Set aside.
Chop the bell peppers and onions. Saute until just softened.
Stir in the paprika, garlic, and thyme. Then pour in the tomatoes, dry white wine and the assorted olives. Add 2 bay leaves.
Sit the chicken on top of the vegetables, then put the pan in the oven and cook for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
