Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Chicken Breast seasoned, cooked, and diced
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 oz Pimientos
  • 2.5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan, melt the butter
  • Add the diced green peppers and mushrooms. Cook until just softened
  • Stir in the flour. Cook until all the white is gone
  • Add the chicken broth and then the milk, stirring constantly to thicken
  • Add in the seasoned, cooked chicken and the pimientos
  • Taste for salt and peppr. The broth has plenty of salt and the chicken should have been seasoned already. Taste your food!!
  • Serve over rice, or egg noodles. I'm using kaiser rolls. Just cut a hole in them. Enjoy.
