Herb Crusted Pork Chops

Herb-coated pork chops are a savory, tender dish with an herb coating,  made with a blend of salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and parsley. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary dried
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chops with salt , pepper, rosemary, garlic, and parsley on both sides
  • Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a hot pan then add the pork chops. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown then remove from the pan.
  • Add more olive oil to the pan then add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes until caramelized.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Scrape up all bit from the pan. Increase the heat to medium high and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pork chops and cook for another 3 minutes per side. (Pork chops are done when internal temp is between 135-140 degrees F) , Remove to a service platter when done
  • Add 2 tbsp of butter to the onions and some chopped parsley. Stir until the butter is melted, then add onions over top of the pork chops. Enjoy
