Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Ground beef 80/20
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick Garlic and herb butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice 1 large onion into thin strips.
  • Assemble 6 1/3 lb patties from the ground beef and place them on top of the onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the sliced mushrooms over the hamburger patties, then sprinkle the packet of onion soup mix over top.
  • Place 1 slice of swiss cheese on each patty, followed by the large pats of butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
