- 2 lb Ground beef 80/20
- 1 Onion sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 1 packet Onion soup mix
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 stick Garlic and herb butter
- Salt and pepper

Slice 1 large onion into thin strips.
Assemble 6 1/3 lb patties from the ground beef and place them on top of the onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the sliced mushrooms over the hamburger patties, then sprinkle the packet of onion soup mix over top.
Place 1 slice of swiss cheese on each patty, followed by the large pats of butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
