Instructions
Chop 1 cup of pecans and set aside
To a hot pan, add the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, corn syrup, then the chopped pecans
Stir the pecan mixture until the butter melts, then remove the pan from the heat
Generously grease a bundt pan, then pour the pecan mixture into the pan
prepare the cake batter according to the box directions, then pour the cake batter over the pecan mixture in the bundt pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
