Equipment

1 Bundt Pan

Ingredients
  

Pecan Topping

  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup

Cake

  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 7 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 Box Butter Cake Mix

Instructions
 

  • Chop 1 cup of pecans and set aside
  • To a hot pan, add the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, corn syrup, then the chopped pecans
  • Stir the pecan mixture until the butter melts, then remove the pan from the heat
  • Generously grease a bundt pan, then pour the pecan mixture into the pan
  • prepare the cake batter according to the box directions, then pour the cake batter over the pecan mixture in the bundt pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
