This is the easiest, simplest blueberry cobbler recipe. First mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of heavy cream. next stir in 1/4 cup of moscato wine.

Next pour the melted butter into the baking dish, then pour in the batter. Add the 2 cups of blueberries.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar over the blueberries, then bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Moscato Wine
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Sugar to top the blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and heavy cream. Then stir in the Moscato.
  • Add the melted butter to your baking dish. Brush the butter all over the bottom and sides of the pan.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish. Spread it out evenly, then pour the fresh blueberries on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar on top of the bluberries, then bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
