Herb-coated pork chops are a savory, tender dish with an herb coating, made with a blend of salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and parsley. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.
To make herb coated pork chops you’ll need boneless pork loin chops, chicken broth, worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, and spices.
Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and chopped fresh parsley. Sear the pork chops on both sides then remove from the pan.
Add 1 large sliced onion to the pan and saute until caramelized. Then pour in chicken broth and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then replace the pork chops to the pan to continue cooking.
Once the pork chops are cooked through (between 135-140 degrees F) remove to your serving platter. To the onions, stir in 2 tbsp of butter and chopped fresh parsley.
Once the butter is melted, spoon the onion mixture over top of the pork chops. Serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy.
Herb Crusted Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt , pepper, rosemary, garlic, and parsley on both sides
Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a hot pan then add the pork chops. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown then remove from the pan.
Add more olive oil to the pan then add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes until caramelized.
Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Scrape up all bit from the pan. Increase the heat to medium high and bring to a simmer.
Add the pork chops and cook for another 3 minutes per side. (Pork chops are done when internal temp is between 135-140 degrees F) , Remove to a service platter when done
Add 2 tbsp of butter to the onions and some chopped parsley. Stir until the butter is melted, then add onions over top of the pork chops. Enjoy
