Easy Honey Garlic Pork Loin Chops

How To Make Honey Garlic Pork Chops

To make Honey Garlic Pork Chops you’ll need 2 pounds of center cut pork loin chops, 3 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/2 tsp of rosemary, 1/2 tsp of thyme, salt and pepper. 

Season the pork loin chops on both sides with the salt, pepper, thyme, and rosamary. Add oil to a hot pan, then fry the chops for 3 minutes per side, then remove from the pan.

Next add 3 tbsp of butter to the pan, followed by 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and 1/4 cup of honey. Stir then add the pork chops back tothe pan. 

Baste the pork chops with the honey garlic sauce until the chops are done (145 degrees), then place them on a service platter. Pour some of the honey garlic glaze over the pork loin chops. zlet rest at least 3 minutes before eating.

  • 2 lbs Pork Loin Chops center cut
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • ½ tsp Rosemary
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork loin chops with your seasonings on both sides.
  • Add oil to a hot pan. Next cook the pork chops for 3 minutes per side, then remove from the pan.
  • Toss the butter into the pan followed by the minced garlic, chicken broth, and honey. Stir until it gets bubbly then return the pork chops into the glaze.
  • Baste the pork chops with the honey garlic glaze for 3-4 minutes, then remove to a serving platter. Pour some of the glaze from the pan over the pork chops. Enjoy with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. The time it takes to fully cook your pork chops will depend on their thickness.
